I ordered food from one of the restaurant listed in Zomato app.
After receiving the food I found out that it is stale, very bad smell was coming from it. I immediately contacted zomato support, they told me that send them an email. I did the same at that time itself but there was no resolution from their end. They told me that they don't handle food quality of a restaurant.
My concern is that if they hadn't enlisted the restaurant onto their app this would'nt have happen.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
