Foodpanda - Food panda order cancelled but refund not done

Hi ,

I placed an order with foodpanda. The order id was w*ap-hizs. I placed it on September **rd ****. The order was cancelled and refund was initiated. But I have not received the refund yet. I am trying to contact foodpanda every two days once and they keep saying refund will be processed in two days without taking any action. I am fed up with their response. Many customer representatives leave the chat session in between. Each and every time I need to tell them the whole story. Even though ** rupees is not much I am fed up with food panda. That's is the reason for me to file a complaint.
