Zomato - Food package not sealed

My cousin ordered an item from the outlets listed on zomato. the food packet wasn't sealed which is usually the case since I have been ordering all this while. The food packet was not sealed and I have been trying to report this for over *.* hours now but there is just no response from your support team. As much as I appreciate the efforts put in by zomato and staff to ensure safety this is completely a breach of protocols. No one is going to eat the food at the cost of risk to their health. Not just this the inconvenience after ordering from zomato is way too much. My mistake that I told my cousin to use zomato. this is not just utterly shameful but risky for the customer's life. Sorry and apology doesn't help for such mistakes. Please let me know in case I need to go ahead and pursue this legally since this isn't something I can let go off. Registered number is **********
