I ordered a pizza via Zomato and it was supposed to be delivered by *:** pm on May **th ****. It paid for it beforehand and I didn't receive the pizza. After more than an hour it showed on the Zomato app that it is delivered even though I didn't receive it. When I called up the Pizza restaurant they said they have no record of my order being placed. Nobody is responding to Zomato's chat service nor via email.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
