The food not delivered, and it was cancelled. Mentioned that I was unresponsive to take the order the delivery partner have called me. But I didn't receive any call from the delivery partner. I was full order amount as penalty. I have already mentioned to avoid calling in deliver instructions. Even though it seems he called me regarding this but I didn't receive any calls. The customer executive didn't given me the solution for the same. If the call was not connected he could deliver at doorstep.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
