I booked a food delivery from zomato app. It was a liquid food "hot chocalate". It costed around ***rs and I paid through paytm beforehand. It was a contactless delivery due to covid. The delivery boy has kept the package tilted outside my door. When I opened the door to pickup order, it was spilt over the package and floor. I lodged a complaint with zomato customer care and chatted with * different executives. First they said they will refund **rs and I told im not a beggar I want my full amount. Then they told they will refund **rs. I argued that this is ridiculous as to on what basis they are fixing such arbitrary amount. This is about promise and customer service. Why should I pay for someone else blunder? This is about integrity of the company and whether to believe them going forward.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
