Swiggy - Food not delivered and they charged me

So I ordered using the Swiggy app got a conformation of the order it says ** to ** mins ur order will be delivered was waiting for the order it did not come tried calling the delivery guy he did not ans the call . Then I msg the Swiggy helpline asking abt my order and I was charged for my order I get a reply saying sir the restaurant is closed I was like after waiting for ** mins u saying this at this time I won’t get food from anywhr else had an argument they said tht we have to cancel the order I told them I Won’t Whn u guys took my order charged me also then how can the restaurant be closed ...finally I get a msg saying ur order has been delivered Whr I did not receive any order Swiggy is scam they have not refunded me and charged me for something which I did not receive
