Arun Iyer filed complaint against Zomato on May 5, 2019
I had placed an order in two different restaurants on **th of April which didn’t get delivered at all. I messaged the customer care and they don’t respond to the messages at all. I haven’t got any refund for the money that I have paid for the food that I have placed using Zomato. I feel really bad about their service. I need my money back and their services to be revoked.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
