Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering
The issue that I have experienced was: On **th Nov I placed order on Zomato as mentioned the order no. ABOVE to Tau Ka DHABA Gurugram..After waiting * hour Zomato valet told me that TAU KA DHABA not making the food and it'll take another * hour..My guest were waiting and i have to feel ashamed and valet told me to get order cancelled and i will get refund..I cancelled the order and it reflected there that i WON'T get refund but why should i wait for *-* hour so i cancelled and contacted customer service and * agent told me i can get refund and it will be done within **-** hours still i am having issue and didn't got refund ..And when i contact now to zomato they disconnected the chats thrice without my approval and my ***INR is stucked after being promised i can get it..

JUST WANT ***RS BACK
