Zomato - Food not delivered and money not refunded

Hope u all the doing well. I want to request that I was just * minutes late and within this time the order was cancelled by the rider. I have all the call details and its time. When i reached home i met the rider in person he said he had already cancelled the order and the food will not be delivered to you and shall be returned to the restaurent as it is. I request you to please refund the amount. I admit that I was not able to take the calls as I was driving scooty but within * min he cancelled the order. I met him in person but he was not at all supportive. Atleast please refund the ordered amount considering I am your old customer of zomato and this happened for the first time. Hoping to get positive reply Regards
