we are facing worst service & bad experience from you.
we want refund for the order which was not delivered ( subway order ) & also previous order where the
wrong food was delivered.
every time we try to reach you by complaining thru chat & your chat service is always busy & many times
getting very late response .
*) refund od rs. ***.** for order no: m*mz-khdk - dated : **.**.**** - subway jbnagar
we had ordered in early evening at around *.** to *.** pm. when contacted to your delivery boy,
after i hour , he said it will take time for another * hours !!! just because he misplaced his
delivery box key where he use to store the food on his bike.
we didn't received order , & then at **.** pm he called & said that he will mark in his system that
food is delivered !!! how can your delivery boy be such nonsense !!!
upon that my money is deducted & still not yet received refund !!! how can foodpanda be such
irresponsible & employ such nonsense delivery boy !!
then your delivery boy gave me his boss cell number for refund : ***** *****
first of all you took advance rs. ***.** , food was not delivered & your delivery boy made wrong
statement that food is delivered ....
i want refund of rs. ***.** immediately & just now !!

instead swiggy , uber eats are much better , they have prompt customer service where we can call
them, they also call us back .... where we need them ,they respond immediately. !!
and foodpanda , we have to go through your chat service !! what do you think that we are useless &
idle over here to keep on constantly chat with you as per your available of time !!
i want my total refund of rs.***.** as stated above !!!
