I had placed a food order (#**********) at *:**pm with an expected delivery time of *:** pm. The order was delayed and I followed up with customer support that it will be delivered in time. Later they changed the stance that it will be delivered after some delay. After * hours, at *:**pm, the order was cancelled. To add salt to the injury, they offered a coupon (that expires in * days) for approx. ***/-. I had informed them of my need to get food in a reasonable time for health reasons and I was assured that food will be delivered.
I would like to file a complaint against Zomato and have them pay ** times the order cost
