I have order following items on Swiggy
Amul Butter *** gms, Hersheys Spread Cocoa ***gms & Baking powder vide order
Order No: *********** dt **.**.****
The items Amul Butter & Hershey Cocoa Spread are not having Mfg. Date/Expiry Date. Amul Butter which is not meant for retail sale is delivered. I have informed the Swiggy regarding the same & requested for issue of refund & return of the items. They informed that they will not be able to issue refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
