My ordered not delivered even have made payment online by paytm. And in apps it's showing order delivered.

Payment mode : online payment by paytm.

Even I have mail and called to food panda support still they are not responding.
Please find attached mail which I have sent to food panda.
Kindly take action against them and help to provide my money back.
