The order was to be delivered at *.** am. The delivery guy was not picking up the call. The customer care agent of Eatsure Aakash kept procrastinating the solution. They literally mentally harrassed me. And this is not the first time I’ve experienced this very thing from Eatsure. I was so hungry when I placed the order, and they are not showing any accountability.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
