Foodpanda - Food delivery not done

I ordered food via foodpanda app on **nd September at *:** PM.
Restaurant accepted my order and started preparing the food by *:** PM. Estimated delivery time was within ** minutes after placing order. Restaurant confirmed to Foodpanda and allocated rider at *:** PM to pickup and deliver the food. But till *:** PM there was no sign of rider delivering the order. Thanks to FoodPanda Track on Map option. Then I tried to chat with FoodPanda and I got a text msg that food will reach to me in ** to ** mins. But again rider was not moving so I again tried to chat with FoodPanda support system . But they didn't respond properly and finally at *:** PM They cancelled it. Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life . It took two hours to know that there is some operational issue and order got cancelled . Well I just need full refund along with compensation for my mental trauma and time I had to spend waiting for the food . Seriously pathetic service by FoodPanda.
