I ordered food yesterday from swiggy and they confirmed it. After one hour delay they called and said restaurant is closed so please cancel your order. Due to this on a festival day, I had to remain hungry. I was mentally agonized by this pathetic service. The restaurant was closed that day long back, so why did they accept the order. They have done this mischief many times and I have no other option than to file a complaint through your platform.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
