Flipkart - Flipkart Undelivered order and asking to cancel the order

My name is Mohd Akram I ordered a product on Flipkart on big billion day my order Id is od******************.i order many products all of them delivered in few days but this order was undelivered after I request to Flipkart executive for many days now they say that our wish master contactes you but you self rejected the order after many days now they asking me to cancel this order this is really heartbreaking then what is the benefits for me to order in Flipkart.
