flipkart has blocked my account without giving any prior information or warning. and because of which i m not able to create a refund request for my last * products costing Rs. ****. the reason behind blocking my account was * number of return request generated from my side. the reason i generated those return request was, that I wasn't satisfied by the quality of product or rather I should say all of them were duplicate/counterfeit products.
and according to the flipkart policy I can return the product within ** days if I am not satisfied by the quality of product.
even if there was any issue with my account rather than closing my return request they could have closed the orders from my account. my complaint number is " in*******************"
i see that am not able to login to my account anymore. I tried contacting customer care and spoke to supervisors several times regarding this issue, who gave me fake timelines to resolve issue but all was in vain. no one contacted back or mailed back to me, instead kept sending automated emails with same content which said that I am not able to login again to flipkart account anymore.
yes, iaccept that i returned certain items back to flipkart. but it was due to size and quality issues. the rayban sunglass i received was a counterfeit rayban, confirmed by the rayban store in my town. the lee cooper shoe was returned because i did not like the color as it did not match website photo color. the van huesen shorts were returned because of size issues.
the items returned was due to genuine reasons. it's first time i am shopping online and I was not aware that i shouldn't be returning any item if there is size or quality issue.

dec ****, **.** pm and account blocked exactly one hour later at *.** pm, **th Dec ****. I had ordered for "black track pants". the product I received was "Black Track Shorts". The Color and Brand is the Same. BUT received Shorts instead of Pants. I had called customer care immediately after receiving this product and filed a complaint regarding the same. I also send Photo of product to Flipkart via email.
Same day received * numbers Gerber Knife. It's a different color and Duplicate Gerber that I received. Both items I am not able to return as Flipkart blocked my account.
I was given no warning or intimation before my account was blocked. They blocked my account, as soon as I collected my items and not before that, as I had logged in to my account without any issues the same morning. These people very intelligently tricked me by closing my account immediately after the items were delivered and have taken away my ****Rs.
Hope that I will get some kind of resolution for this matter.
