filed complaint against Flipkart on May 31, 2025
Flipkart offers customer to Sell old smartphone and get a **** rupees Sell-Back Thank You Card. So, I ordered to sell my old phone to get a **** rupees Sell-Back Thank You Card. But after the shipment of **** rupees Sell-Back Thank You Card, It reached our nearest hub but without any reason it is cancelled automatically so the delivery man didn't come to pickup my old phone and didn't give the Sell-Back Thank You Card.
I called Customer service they didn't take any
step they told me to place a new order, So I placed a new order again but it is also cancelled to reach after my nearest hub. I contacted customer service immediately they again told me to place a new order. My * same order already cancelled they didn't take any action and didn't tell any reason about the automatic cancellation. I need a justice.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
