Flipkart - Flipkart seized my money and locked my account

My Flipkart account was blocked and after continuous follow ups with the company I was told that my account was blocked owning to misuse of Token of Apology program. When asked about the further details I did not get any satisfactory answer
After sometime the company stopped replying to my mails and even they were least bothered to reply to Consumer forum complaints.
I had Flipkart gift balance of **** Rs and super coin balance of *** Rs, which I asked for a refund. But the company refused to give me my own amount.
