Description:- After the delivery, a Flipkart
executive came to install the air conditioner He noticed and informed me and Flipkart
that the copper wire that should connect
the outdoor and indoor units was missing.
That visited executive and Flipkart
apologised and assured me of the
replacement of this item as it was a
mistake on their part, but fortunately they
have consistently rejected the replacement request, when I called customer support
they repeatedly kept my call on hold for
atleast ** minutes and informing me that
I would get replacement but that is not
happening.
This has been happening to me for the past * days.
As a result, I was a victim and was suffering mentally.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
