I bought a Kingston HyperX *GB DDR* RAM from Flipkart. The Seller listed was"LAPTOPSTORESS". Price **** Rupees. However instead of the product I ordered I received a Generic DDR* RAM that too of *GB and only **** MHz. I complained as soon as the order was delivered. My query was listed and was told it will be resolved. Now comes the Sending Proof part. My proof was ready. And all necessary images prepared however whenever I tried sending email using Flipkart's "Contact US" option to send the images, I always received error message that "We are sorry to say that we could not process your request. Please try again." And by ** Hrs I could not get message through. This is only happening whenever I have a Image attached. Now they sent me a message saying my refund request has been rejected. I just want my refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
