I ordered Dell Vostro core i* **** thin and light laptop
It has *gb ram, *** ssd, i* **th generation processor, ** inch
I received *gb variant instead and flipkart is not ready to replace. They claim I had an open box delivery so I was supposed to check at time of delivery. My question to them was, am I supposed to boot the laptop and set it up at time to delivery to check all the system configuration ?
Since then I have been going round and round in circles. They just say sorry for trouble and to wait for last **hrs to get the best resolution
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
