Hey,
I ordered the pocofone on flash sale yesterday and did the online payment of **,*** INR through debit card. But the order got cancelled by the seller today i.e **/**/****.
I communicated with the customer care and they also gave the same reason for cancellation ( the order got cancelled by the seller) and also said that the amount will be refunded within * business days.
In flash sale every one gets equal opportunity to buy the product, then why the Flipkart was biased with the customers as they cancelled some customers order without their prior information.
I am a Flipkart plus member and I am really furious because I don't know if the amount will be refunded till the next sale on *th September ****.
I really need the logical explanation to this issue as to why they were biased with the customers even after the successfull payment of the product.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
