Dear Sir,
I have started availing flipkart paylater credit facility account from Jan ****. I've made couple of transactions with very low value from than till now. I've made all the dues within due date and no outstanding till today. Recently I've checked my CIBIL report, which has drastically reduced to *** points from ***( in April ****). After checking the CIBIL report I came to know flipkart paylater account is partnered with IDFC FIRST BANK to provide the credit facility. That account is showing the outstanding of *** in CIBIL report and also showing overdue in May** and June **. Then I've contacted the IDFC to provide the account statement to verify my transactions. Transactions in IDFC ACCOUNT STATEMENT and FLIPKART PAYLATER statement. Then I called flipkart on March **th **** to resolve the issue.they said that they have linked wrong account to IDFC first bank. They said they will resolve the issue within ** to **hrs. I've provided all the information to then from my end.
From then I've been contacting them for the update. Made numerous calls and mails. Raised a complaint in twitter also. No one is responding to my calls. Its been ** days since the complaint is raised. They are deliberately disconnecting the calls by saying they cannot connect me to concerned person. Very frustrated and helpless, because my CIBIL score is severely effected and I need apply for Loan urgently due to my financial critical condition. Please help me
