I ordered product at **th april and its delievery date is **th april ****, Its now **th april and the product is not yet delievered without any proper justification from flipkart side. they keep forcing me to cancel the product but the product is again available only in flipkart. Its been more than ** days and i waited not to cancel it. i want it to deliever and since they are not giving proper justification i want to sue them for bad consumer practice of concealing information and delaying the delievery of product without proper justification.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
