I placed a order for Realme gt master (*-***gb) with exchange. first delivery person came and was asking for **** rupees after doing prepaid and there was no issue with my exchange handset so I denied to pay. When I denied to he very harshly said if don't pay this amount you will not get your order. After one day the same person came for the delivery and asked for money again. I politely told him to send someone else for the delivery and complaint to their customer care as well. Next day different person came for the delivery but he forgot the bring the so I went to their hub directly to receive the order but after checking everything hub in charge told me that it will delivered tomorrow in the morning before you leave for the office but next day morning I got the messege that my order cancelled by them. I want my order as I got the price right during the offer and I waited for * days for that order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
