I have bought micromax in note * (*gb, ***gb) through flipkart and the phone is overheating. also it is charging extremely slow.
For that i have put a replacement and they have registered a technician visit for me
the technician even saw that the device is charging extremely slow and also that it heats up too much on being charged. in front of me the technician talked to his senior and informed him that the device indeed has a serious issue.
(the charging rate is such that on phone being plugged in at ** percent charge says ** hours remaining for it to get fully charged)
but according to flipkart the technician had updated them that the issue was resolved after formatting the phone.
the problem : the technician has given a fake update to flipkart that the issue is resolved although the issue is not resolved.
I'm having the proof that my device takes such a long time for getting charged
Now what should i have to do?
The technician was from jeeves.co.in company which has tie up with flipkart.
