I purchased a TV from Flipkart in January **** with * year warranty. The TV developed issues in August **** and I requested for repair or replacement. Flipkart sent a technician for repair but the technician placed a replacement request as the TV could not be repaired. I got a confirmation from Flipkart that the product would be replaced. However they did not replace the product. After many days I pursued the matter and got them to grant me a refund. Flipkart categorically assured me that the product would be picked up without box. However the delivery executive did not pick up the TV without box and now Flipkart is neither repairing my TV nor replacing the TV nor refunding the amount. Their warranty and refund policy is bogus and they cheat customers. Hence filing this complaint.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
