This is just pathetic service from flipkart. The product was supposed to deliver on **st and almost * week passed after the delivery date and still not delivered. Query is postponing by *+ day on each day at EOD.
No delivery agent details provided to get in touch with him. After rasing an query their support team called me and said it is out for delivery and will be delivered for sure today(**th June ****) and it didn't. I received a notification saying it was taking longer than expected to deliver the product.
Clearly they can't even track their order properly or get in touch delivery agent to resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable and I'm even a flipkart plus member on top of it.
One last thing which surprised me is that when I requested for a call from their support team today and I got the call, they disconnected the call in middle when I asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount.
After this pathetic service, I decided not to buy anything from flipkart again.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
