I have bought a Samsung B**E Soundbar from Flipkart on ** Jan **** paid via Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card Refrence no. ********** , and while installing it was found to be defective. I created a replacement for the same on * Feb ****, for which a technician visit was done on * Feb and technician also confirms the product defects, but after long wait no pickup/replacement was done from Flipkart as it was not approved by the seller. So i called Flipkart many times but each time they assure me that it will be resolved soon. Then again on ** Feb a new request of return/refund was created, for which a technician visit was done on ** Feb itself and again technician confirms the product is defective and should be returned. I received update on Flipkart app that seller approval will be done by ** Feb and Pickup will be done by ** Feb ****, But till now no status change and Product didn't get picked up by Flipkart as approval not done by Seller, as per Flipkart Agents. Plz Help me in this matter so product will be picked up and Flipkart issue a refund for the same as soon as possible.
