Jeeves And Flipkart - Flipkart Jeeves Extended warranty is a SCAM

I purchased Galanz * kg Quick Wash Fully Automatic Front Load from Flipkart on **th June ****. also purchased * year extended warranty from Jeeves

on **th June ****, I found an issue with the washing machine drum and I registered a claim with Jeeves . After some days service center executive visited my home and said they needed one part to be replaced. after receiving the part, on June ** they again visited the home and started opening the washing machine but found the part was the wrong one. again they said would order a new one and plan a visit.

On * July **** I received a call from a service engineer saying your claim is canceled and they are unable to order new parts. I contacted Jeeves consumer support but they are saying the claim is canceled due to a technical glitch and they are unable to register a new claim due to the policy expired on ** June ****.

so as a reputed service partner, I purchased an extended policy from Jeeves but it's truly against the consumer law to cancel a claim without giving proper reason and communication to the consumer. also, I registered my claim under the warranty period on ** June **** it's Jeeves's responsibility to provide the service and part.
