I purchased an AC Maintenance Plan through Flipkart/Jeeves. A service request was registered on ** May ****, however the issue remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups.
Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same response that I will be contacted within ** hours. More than two weeks have passed, yet no technician visit or effective resolution has been provided.

Compensation for harassment and inconvenience caused due to repeated false assurances of "** hours".
