Chaitanya Seelam filed complaint against Flipkart on Sep 26, 2020
I ordered HP **.* inch Full HD LED Backlit IPS Panel Monitor (**FW) in Flipkart on **th September **** and it was delivered to me on **nd September ****.
I have not received the soft copy of the invoice to my mail and the details in the hard copy of the received invoice are not clear.
The issues related to the hard invoice copy are mentioned below.
*. Product details are not clear. The company name (HP) and model no. of the product are not present in the invoice at all.
*. The model number of the Monitor (**FW) of the product is not present in the invoice.
*. The total amount section in the invoice is not printed at all.
I have raised many requests to the Flipkart team (to provide the invoice of the product with correct details or to refund me the full amount of the product) and the Flipkart team says that their seller does not have the invoice copy.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
