Flipkart - Flipkart Fraud Against My Order

I order the cpu from the flipkart it was delivered the mismatched product of cpu and it was shown always as windows was not activated after that i contact to seller for information they sad that it was trail version but they didn't mentioned. After the completion of * days the product was completely dead without turning on i request to rise the return request to flipkart as per they * days return and replacement policy. The pathetic flipkart and the pickup boy was refused to pickup my cpu, i raised the complaint now and flipkart cancelled without informing me and they were not providing the return or replacement. Instead of that the seller saying as we will provide the brand warranty, they were not providing my full refund. I need the full refund not warranty. Now i would like fight against the flipkart for they misleading advertisements and activities. I need the full refund of it from flipkart as soon as possible. I would like to rise the complaint in National Consumer court of India against flipkart. Please help me National Consumer helpline and take the necessary action steps on flipkart as soon as possible soon Sir/mam. Please help me to get the full refund from flipkart Sir
