I made an order for the product (Realme *pro(mirror blue ***gb) for which the delivery date was **th june ****, and paid money from credit card on no cost EMI for which also I also paid processing fee and also bought Gst input, and paid for it.
But the product couldn't even been packed for delivery and i couldn't receive it till **th then i started complaining for it to Flipkart every single day, and kept on making excuses. Ultimately they told me to cancel the order but cancelling order was loss for me so I didn't do that because i already paid processing and invested a lot of time in it.. product was in offer and i bought it in offer so I got it on better price but then I didn't get my delivery, is this fair for them to make us fool like this, what is the meaning of an offer if they are not going to deliver it to customer..

If i cancel the order i would make a loss around *k rupees + my precious time in it.
As I didn't cancel order and kept on complaining to Flipkart without having to hear any positive response and only excuses from them.
But at last they cancelled it from their side and when i complaint for it they said that, i cancelled it from my side, but i never cancelled it, i always told them i will never cancel it because i would have to make loss in cancellation option.

Why would they cancel my order without my consent, they sent me the refund but i lost my processing fee of rupee *** rupees + gap of offer price and normal price of around *k.

How can they fool customers like this by putting fake offer and wasting our money and time..

I want a strict action against seller and Flipkart company.

Even if I cancel my previous order and make a new order as they told me, I would make loss of processing fee that i paid earlier and gap amount of offer price and normal price of around *k.

they gonna fool us like this by putting fake offer and not delivering it to customer.
