I ordered Engage * On Mens pocket perfume Perfume - ** ml (For Men)+POCKET PERF Pocket Perfume - For Men & Women from Flipkart which cost Rs.***.**/- on **th Mar ****. But I received on **th Mar **** received pack of * instead of pack of * and also one product I received is expired and different model (Kamasutra KS SPARK POCKET PERFUME) worth Rs.**/- mrp clearly mention in the packaging of the product. And Also all the * products are sealed open. When I raised the return request, the seller rejected the request. They sent me this message (Sorry, the return request cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact.) when product is different model & expired then how can a delivery partner confirmed that product is ok. It's Order ID - OD******************.I am tired of return request and calling customer care since a week. As it's got rejected * times. Please try to resolve my issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
