Sumit Ranjan filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 5, 2018
I am writing this mail to inform you about the horrible events which I have encountered during the replacement of my real * mobile.
On *rd November ****, Ekart Logistics' Wish master Mr.RajaRam came to pick up the mobile which I had to return. He refused to pick my mobile on false grounds, he provided incorrect facts and put the balme on customer.Mr RajaRam delivered a series of Sarcastic remarks on me. I am associated with Flipkart for last * years and this is the first time that such sort of rubbish things has happened to me. Mr. Raja Ram lacks basic knowledge of english and he was unable to understand what was mentioned in the trouble shooting application.
On my request, he thereafter called his Senior Mr.Vijay(Store Head/Manager of EKart Logistics, Godda). He even put the blame on me in a rude manner Mr.Vijay Kumar was only rude but also impulse,arrogant and abusive.
Such sort of persons not only ruin Flipkart Image but also dwindles the trust that a customer has in Flipkart. With all the hardship that I faced because of his inefficiency is beyond repair. If someone is entrusted with a responsibility, he should be trained enough to handle that. You can't pick someone from the street and think he will give first class experience to your customers. Third Party logistics have much better support than yours.
PLEASE take some strict against Raja Ram and Mr.Vijay Kumar and replace my mobile at earliest.
