I brought a realme GT Neo * on Flipkart on **rd February
Order ID - OD******************
Got the phone delivered on **th February but attaching picture, You can see the green tint issue on the display of the phone in the picture.
The AMOLED display is defective.
There is also a white line when you pull down quick settings toggle.
It is also present on the dialer app when you make phone calls, realme clock app and settings.
Flipkart has denied the replacement and closed the issue stating its "Resolved" in their website without providing me with a solution.
I had to call Filpkart **-** times in the last * days and explain everything each time to the customer care executive and still they haven't found a solution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
