I have ordered a mobile phone from Flipkart with the exchange offer. While delivering my phone, courier boy denied accepting my old phone. He said my old phones screen is damaged. Whereas my old mobile is in very good condition. I am sending you some pictures of my old mobile phone. Order no: OD******************
