I ordered a Redmi note * Pro from Flipkart. No apps open with the phone and there is a scratch on the screen. Mailed Flipkart many times. They seem to like playing with me for ** days. They sent a software engineer to confirm it even he confirmed it. Still, there is no replacement taking place. I really want to complain against Flipkart policies badly. Amazon is far better than Flipkart. Please help.
