Anshu Jain filed complaint against Flipkart on Feb 27, 2023
ordered Samsung S**+ green color *** GB from Flipkart on **th Feb, order id : OD******************.
I received mobile on **th Feb'** morning.
It has following issues :
i) Change of seller without notification :
When i had placed order, it was confirmed by Flipkart that is will be delivered by seller MYTHANGLORY.
However when we received product, it is delivered from seller CIGFIL LIMITED.
There was no intimation provided by Flipkart on seller changes & still on portal it is showing that mobile is delivered by seller MYTHANGLORY.
Before ordering , we had checked for availability of the product with seller MYTHANGLORY on flipkart, and after reviewing the reviews of MYTHANGLORY we had ordered it.
Further Flipkart order confirmation also mentioned that it will be supplied from MYTHANGLORY but in reality seller is changed & no intimation was provided by Flipkart.
Even now, the portal is not updated. We cannot accept such behavior from Flipkart. Document evidence attached for ready reference.
ii) Received product is defective : We have not even entered my gmail I'd , not installed any app. Just switched on mobile for the next process & it got hanged * times in one hour and automatically switched off.
So the product is mal-functionong & is defective.
