I ordered a product namely "nike sportswear men solid black track pants" on September **, ****.
The expected delivery date was September **,****.
I saw the order page it was "item packed, waiting to be picked up by courier" which means my product was packed and was ready to be picked up by courier services.
Fast forward to September **, **** I received the message stating " Item Cancelled: Sorry, * item (NIKE Sportswear Solid ...) from your Flipkart order OD****************** has been cancelled as the seller ran out of stock soon after you had placed the order. The coins you have paid for this item will be refunded. We will notify you via email and SMS when the refund is processed"
How did the stock ran out if it was already packed and ready to be picked up? Why was there a great discount and they could not fulfil their promise?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
