my account got hacked on *th may and someone bought a voucher worth RS. *** using my *** flipkart plus coins also my account got inactivated i tried contacting customer care on that same day but could not connect due to there fault. so i again contacted them on *th may they told me to wait for **hrs and they will compensate me but this didn't happen so again i contacted them on *th may they told me that they will not help me. its flipkart responsibility to compensate me because of there shit security that can be hacked easily also they don't show any information that who logged in from where like amazon. also these coins are so hard to collect and * coin is worth rs. * why should i bear the loss without my mistake .
