My flipkart account is blocked without any notifications or message .Now i am not asking to unblock but to return my gift card balance which is approx. Rs.**** and ****+ super coins
They have given the reason that it is for reselling but rather it was personal use and if they want they should do a proper KYC so that no one cheat them and thus any customer doesn't face any such issues.
They are not providing proper response over mail and call. There is only * response that it is observed that it is used for reselling and thus my account is blocked.
Resolve this asap
