sumit filed complaint against Flipkart on Jun 28, 2021
i have purchased products whose combined worth is Rs.**,***(bills attached).After receiving the products i found * of * products as defective for which i have raised issue with flipkart authorities.the return/replacement request of the defective products got approved from flipkart side and the pickup for same was scheduledd for **st may. but on **th may evening first i was asked to send my aadhar/pan card details to flipkart after which they have blocked my account and till today it remains blocked which leads to cancellations of all my approved return requests.Even after so many requests either by call/mail/tweet flipkart is not unblocking or creating a new return request and they are always replying me that "due to many number of return request we have blocked your account".All i want is that refund and pick up is to be done by flipkart authorities as the money i have invested is a large sum.
