Booked to and fro flight tickets from mangalore to ahmedabad via easemytrip.com for * oct to ** oct. I wanted to reschedule the flight from October to November on same dates. When i went to 'cancel/reschedule' option to reschedule the flight, only option i got was cancel, i clicked the button to see the refund i would receive. Instaed of showing me refund amount for me to decide weather to go for cancellation or not, tickets got cancelled and i was refunded a mere *** rupees incurring me a loss of **** rupees. I should have been provided refund breakup and reschedule option at the first place. When i called their customer care, they said nothing can be done once the status is refunded. They also refused to tell the refund amount. Can this issue be sorted and i get my looted money back?
