Makemytrip - Flight Ticket Refunds

Had booked a Turkish Airlines Return flight from Mumbai to Dublin dated June **, **** which was rescheduled and later cancelled due to covid and the airlines has already refunded the complete amount. MakeMyTrip did not even call or bother to get us another flight. We had to follow up with the airlines all the while and finally book another flight directly with airlines to return. But now they are more concerned on deducting convenience fee and also haven't returned the amount refunded by the airlines. Would request to look into this matter of such pathetic service given out to customers in such times of distress. I have been following up with them for months but their agents just close the complaint ticket without even contacting us or providing us resolution.
