Aninda Sankar Das filed complaint against Flipkart on Dec 17, 2020
I booked a flight from Guwahati to Calcutta with booking ID FF************* on *th February **** for travel date *th April ****. But due to COVID ** lockdown my flight was cancelled. So for that I asked for cancellation of my flight on **th of October ****. The flight cancellation was executed from the team on **th November ****. But till date I am yet to receive refund. Even GoAir( the Flight Company) refunded me my money for seat reservation * month ago.I have been constantly writting to flipkart team regarding my issue and also shared my bank account details thrice but every time they are saying that due to technical issues we are not able to refund the amount.
In this hour of financial distress I am pleading before you to kindly look into this . I would be grateful to you for this forever.
